Dear All,
After great discussion, it has been accepted that Private Doctors and Health workers will also be getting the advantage of this scheme. I request you all to please go through the scheme here If you consider that your friend is one of the following categories -
- 1. Covid Warrier - Died due to Covid 19 due to getting an infection because of Covid duty may be private or Government Sector
- 2. Accidental death while going for some Covid Hospital duty
If your friend is in any of the above categories. Please download the form from the below link. The completed form needs to be submitted to IMA office or District Magistrate office.
